Dear Neighbors,

As we prepare for our annual Golf Manor Association meeting next week, we wanted to provide one more update on our 2026 neighborhood dues.

First, thank you to the 129 households that have already paid their $50 annual dues. Your support is what allows the Association to maintain our shared spaces and pay the expenses that benefit our entire neighborhood.

Golf Manor has 263 homes.

As of today:

129 homes have paid.
134 homes have not.

That means fewer than half of the households in Golf Manor are currently funding the expenses of our entire neighborhood.

Our annual dues are only $50 per household — about $4 per month. They help pay for things we all benefit from, including maintenance of our entrances and park, landscaping, utilities, liability insurance, and other neighborhood expenses.

Those bills don’t decrease when fewer households contribute.

And our regular bills are only part of the picture.

Like any neighborhood with shared property, Golf Manor occasionally faces unexpected expenses. Such as a tree falling in the park and needing to be removed. We need to have sufficient funds available to handle those situations when they occur.

Low participation also limits our ability to make necessary improvements to our common areas, entrances, park, and other shared spaces. When the majority of dues collected are needed simply to cover basic expenses, there is very little left to make improvements that keep Golf Manor attractive, well-maintained, and a neighborhood we’re proud to call home.

The appearance and upkeep of our shared spaces contribute to the overall impression of Golf Manor — not only for those of us who live here, but also for visitors and prospective homebuyers. Maintaining an attractive, desirable neighborhood is something that benefits every homeowner and helps protect the investment we’ve all made in our homes.

If you haven’t paid yet, we’re asking you to please do so.

We’re not asking residents for hundreds of dollars a year or trying to operate like a mandatory HOA. We’re simply asking each household to contribute $50 per year toward the shared costs of maintaining our neighborhood.

When everyone contributes a little, we can pay our regular bills, prepare for unexpected expenses, and make the improvements necessary to keep Golf Manor looking its best — without a small group of neighbors carrying the financial burden for everyone else.

If you’re among the 129 households that have already paid, thank you. We truly appreciate your support.

If you’re among the 134 households that haven’t yet paid, please consider submitting your $50 annual dues before or at next week’s Annual Meeting.

Paying is easy. Visit our dues page for payment information, including our Venmo option, or bring a check to the Annual Meeting made payable to Golf Manor Association.

Thank you for doing your part to help maintain and improve our neighborhood.

We also encourage everyone to attend the annual meeting to learn more about our finances, neighborhood projects, and plans for the coming year.

The Golf Manor Association will host its Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 19th at 3:00 PM in Golf Manor Park. Key topics will include the 2027 budget and other community matters.

Thank you for helping us maintain and improve Golf Manor.
