Dear Neighbors,

We wanted to share a quick update on this year’s $50 annual dues.

So far, approximately 45% of households have submitted payment, and we sincerely thank everyone who has already contributed. Your support helps cover the many shared expenses that benefit our entire neighborhood, including park and entrance utilities, park and entrance grass cutting, entrance landscaping, liability insurance, and administrative costs.

At the same time, more than half of households have not yet paid. While we are able to continue operating today, this creates an imbalance where a smaller group of neighbors is covering costs for the entire community.

We rely on broad participation to keep things fair and to maintain the level of upkeep we all enjoy.

If you haven’t yet paid, we kindly ask that you submit your $50 dues within the next 7–10 days so we can close the gap and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
