A big THANK YOU to everyone who has already submitted their annual HOA dues—we truly appreciate your support in keeping our neighborhood beautiful and well-maintained!

If you haven’t had a chance to pay yet, this is just a friendly reminder to do so at your earliest convenience. The $50 annual dues help cover essential shared costs such as:

• Utility bills for park and front entrance street lights
• Insurance for our neighborhood spaces
• Park and entrance lawn maintenance
• Front entrance flowers to keep our entryway beautiful
• State of Michigan filing fees, bank fees, and postage costs
• Fun community social events
• Unexpected expenses that arise throughout the year
