Annual Dues

We depend on the payment of annual dues to support the on going expenses of our neighborhood. Some of the expenses include:

  • Utility bills for park lights
  • Utility bills for front entrance street lights.
  • Insurance
  • Park maintenance
  • Lawn maintenance & fall cleanup.
  • State of Michigan filing fees, bank fees, and office fees.
  • Front entrance flowers.
  • Social events
  • Other unforeseen expenses.

Dues are paid annually, a dues statement will be mailed to every resident in Golf Manor usually at the beginning of the year. The dues are only $50 and are essential to keeping up the maintenance on our neighborhood. The $50 dues payment goes into our general fund, we also receive additional donations to be allocated to either the general fund or the other following funds:

  • Social Fund
  • Flower Fund
  • Park Fund

Payment Options

Your HOA dues can be paid with cash, check, or Venmo. You will receive a dues invoice in the mail, along with an addressed envelope to send in your payment. Please be sure to include the dues invoice along with your payment. Contact golfmanorsubdivision@gmail.com if you did not receive the letter and invoice in the mail or have questions about paying your dues.
