Dear Neighbors,

Please keep an eye on your mailbox—our annual neighborhood newsletter and dues invoice will be arriving soon!

We kindly ask each household to contribute the $50 annual dues. When you break it down, that’s less than $1 per week—about the cost of one cup of coffee per month. Thank you to the many households who contribute each year to help maintain our neighborhood.

These dues play an important role in helping us maintain and improve the shared spaces that make our neighborhood safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. Your contribution helps cover important community expenses, including:

• Utility costs for the park and front entrance street lights
• Insurance for our neighborhood spaces
• Lawn care and maintenance for the park and entrance areas
• Flowers and landscaping at the front entrance
• State of Michigan filing fees, bank fees, and postage
• Neighborhood social events that bring our community together
• Unexpected expenses that may arise throughout the year

Every household that contributes helps ensure we can continue maintaining the areas we all share and enjoy. Your support truly makes a difference in keeping our neighborhood looking great and running smoothly.
