About Us: Welcome to the governing body of our homeowners association! The Board of Directors is composed of dedicated volunteers who generously donate their time and expertise to ensure the smooth operation and management of our community.

Our Mission: The mission of the Board of Directors is to serve the best interests of our community by making informed decisions, upholding the governing documents, and promoting a safe, harmonious, and thriving environment for all residents.

Board Responsibilities: As the governing body of the homeowners association, the Board of Directors is responsible for:

  • Setting and enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Managing the association’s finances and budget
  • Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of common areas and amenities
  • Addressing resident concerns and maintaining open communication channels
  • Planning and executing community improvement projects
  • Representing the interests of homeowners in dealings with external parties
