Know the Rules Before You Begin
Article I of the Golf Manor Subdivision Homeowners Association Bylaws gives the Golf Manor HOA Board of Directors the right to protect and maintain the well being of Golf Manor Subdivision.
Before you begin your project, or make any improvements to your property, you must make sure that your project complies with our BYLAWS and the ordinances of Commerce Township. Commerce Township zoning ordinances can be found here.
